We all have some great days as leaders, and we have some off days. What makes the great days great? How can we create more of that?
I was working with a client today who said that what he found most beneficial about working with a coach was that he was more consistent in his leadership than he had ever been before. He is more self-a
ware and notices quickly when he is heading down the wrong road. He spends less time fretting about mistakes or issues and, instead, focuses on solutions. He admits when he doesn't have the answer which has relieved a lot of the stress he would normally carry. He is being more of himself than ever before. When I asked him what all of that meant, he said "I am able to be a great leader way more often!"
I love that he's feeling great! What more could we ask for?!
