Shake things up. Do something today that you've never done before. Go for a bike ride. Take the scenic route to work. Go for a walk at lunch. Invite a colleague (who would never expect it) to lunch. Sign up for a yoga class. Start writing a blog (that's me!). Call an old friend. Do something extra special for your partner. Play your favourite song out loud in your office in the middle of the day. I love that one! Just do something!
