After a significant and lengthy period of change within our organization, our team needed to focus on a clear path forward with identifiable goals and purpose.  We needed new ways to work together, to strengthen our team, and reaffirm to ourselves and the rest of the institution that we were moving forward in the most effective ways possible. We engaged with Glenda Ball to provide our extended leadership team in two important exercises. We began with team cohesiveness, where we learned about ourselves and one another and explored ways to most effectively work together while capitalizing on our individual strengths. This was an important necessary step for our team. Glenda was very effective in meeting our team where we were and then very quickly helped us get where we needed to be. Glenda then facilitated a strategic planning session that focused on creating a purpose statement, vision, and values, that has now become our team charter. This exercise and the resulting team charter has created an enormous amount of energy and has transformed our leadership team and in turn our entire unit. Glenda’s approach and style made it possible us to create something special and will allow us to make bold steps forward.
